I contracted for these guys to do a solar project. They took my deposit and never did the work. Now they won't issue a refund.

We do not have any projects and/or customers that we have not installed their project or held funds/deposits from.

Our company has been in business for 11+ years, has an A+ rating with the BBB, holds 7 licensed with the CSLB (California State License Board), we are BPI (Building Performance Institute) licensed and accredited and we are an accredited contractor for SMUD and PG&E.
We are proud to say we have over 1500 Home Performance and Solar projects within the SMUD territory in the past 3 years! Referral business accounts for approximately 25% of our business-HARDLY a claim that could be made were we in the business of not installing projects as this bogus claim alleges.
We have had the same phone numbers since inception and our office location is open 7:30am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday where customers always welcome. Again-Any ACTUAL concerns we welcome a direct call to our office at 916-851-9999.
