I worked for Engajer for 6 months. During this time I watched as Michael received large deposits from his fathers company as an "investment". I worked for a measely 1000.00 a month thinking this start up would be the next big thing. Unbeknowst to me, Engajer has been a "start-up" for 5 years. I did not receive my final paycheck. nor did I receive proper notice. Michael Castellano also urged the accountant of the company to "cook the books" to make their financial standing seem better than it was to investors and others alike. Michael Castellano received 1.5 million dollars in funding which he used to go on lavish "business meetings" to Hawaii and florida multiple times a month with his girlfriend. This is not how business should be run. Beware of this fraud.
