Enhanced Billing Services, EBSI I too was bit by this scam, during the same time as others. Shouldn't there be a class action suit? Tampa Florida

I too was scammed during the time frame as others.
It would seem to me, this is a classic 'class action law suit'. You can dispute a credit card charge, why can't you formally dispute a charge by the phone company?
Why do you have to go to the original scam artist, it is Verizon that is a facilitator in this scam. They should be named too.
I am sure Verizon is getting their share of every one of those charges that EBSI or others are charging us. Their pound of flesh and ill gotten gain. Why can Verizon pass the buck? They are co-conspirators.
