Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. This company added a monthly "hellomail" charge to my phone bill without my knowledge Internet

This Company, Unitedtel or Enhanced Services Billing, Inc added a charge of $14.95 a month to my telephone bill without my knowledge. When I contacted this company to cancell the service which I had never ordered they said they called the phone number and someone approved the service. I informed them that this phone number was used strictly as a fax line so there was no possible way someone answered their call. Not to mention there is no reason I would add "hellomail" to a fax line.
These people are crooks!
