Enhanced Services Billing Inc/at&t ATT Cramming Internet

Theres a nest of criminal activity that goes noticed but unfixed. Enhanced Services Billing (ESBI), Billing Services Group BSG, ACI Billing Services, OAN Services, among others some with the same 7411 John Smith Drive, San Antonio, TX address, keep popping up. Theres probably a ringleader Parent company and I am researching that. The FTC has nailed 2 companies but the Parent company rolling in the dough just keeps on stealing your money. By permitting 3rd party billing or billing without checking the credentials of the 3rd party vendors, I believe the evidence shows that some LECs (Local Exchange Carriers) such as ATT are complicit in the skullduggery.

We noticed a November 17, 2009, $12.95 charge from Enhanced Services Billing on our ATT landline phone bill received December 6, 2009. Neither my wife nor I ordered any 3rd party land line services. In a call to ATT same day I was told ATT authorizes 3rd party billing but is not responsible for adverse outcomes caused by 3rd parties to consumers. ATT claimed it would file a Carrier Claim on my behalf and told me to contact Enhanced Services Billing which I did immediately. "Juan" told me my wife ordered the services, called My Info Guard, on line which of course she denied doing saying shed never order that kind of crap. We keep the land line for emergencies when our cell phone service goes down. I told Juan that Enhanced BIlling Services "crammed" us and that is an illegal act. He said he would cancel the service we did not order and would refund the $12.95 charge. I asked for and he gave me a cancellation number. I immediately emailed FTC and the Georgia Public Service Commission with my complaint. In that complaint I pointed out that Enhanced Billing Services, in District of Columbia Civil Action No. 1:01CV01660 (FTC vs Enhanced Services Billing), was permanently restrained and enjoined from Cramming. The very next day I received a call from ATT only because of my filing with the Georgia PSC which GAPSC apparently passed to ATT immediately. Way to go, Georgia Public Service Commission! ATT in its standard and usual uncustomer-friendly way said it was removing the $12.95 charge and putting a 3rd party billing block on our land line. ATT in its usual bad-tempered and intractable way was most uncooperative in answering my question of why it allowed 3rd party charges on my line to start with. ATT had been told before by me in writing not to put any 3rd party services on our phone bill without my prior written consent. ATT continues its predatory practices with impunity putting us a risk. Why is ATT using a company as 3rd party Vendors that has been enjoined from cramming? What?

For their repeated unscrupulous business practices, corporate wrongdoing and consumer fraud FTC needs to get onto LEC's (ATT) and ESBI and the rest of those in-cahoots crooks which I believe is a consortium owned by a Parent company that has so far escaped good old American Justice because it disguises itself as a reliable, honest and well intentioned media-focused private equity investment firm and has the lawyers to elude visibility and the law. In 2008, The FTC charged Billing Concepts, Inc., ACI Billing Services, Inc., and BSG Clearing Solutions with deceptive and unfair billing in violation of the FTC Act. These scamsters working together may be in cahoots with the certain LECs. I hold ATT accountable for allowing predatory 3rd party charges on my bill, especially from a company that has been banned from engaging in fraudulent billing.
