Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I paid over 500.00 for jewelry that was damaged when I got it. I paid FEDEX to ship it back, I had to ask for my refund several times and then I was not refunded the full amount, called a liar and treated with extreme disrespect.
These people should be avoided, they have lousy customer service and care nothing about upseting the customer.
