 Westlake Financial Services by far as one of the worst financial institutions I've ever been a part of they held my payoff check for two and a half weeks and hounded me for my monthly payment I finally wait till the last day to pay the monthly payment so my credit is not effective and surprisingly that same day the payout check was cashed so then I will keep my last payment and reimburse half of what they should be reimbursing me this financial institution does not clear about its clients customers or anything of that nature their customer service representatives are rude their managers are careless beware of Westlake Financial Services.
