ENT Entertainment Book charged 9 dollars each month with no product. never heard of the company Internet
*Consumer Comment: Entertainment Book is a Legitimate Company
My credit card was charged nine dollars a month for a product that I had never received and had never heard of. The card company wouldnt take the charge off of my account without proof of service. This is the second company to rip me off through my credit card and I want a full refund for the past months that I have been paying for this crap. I want this company to go down in smokes because what they are doing is unethical, deceiving, and corruptive.

Entertainment Book is a Legitimate Company

I'm not sure why they are charging you monthly or if it is legitimate, but I know this is a legitimate company. This company compiles books of coupons for local businesses like restaurants and hotels, etc. They have both paper copies and online versions. I do know they automatically bill you and send you the book once a year unless you cancel your suscription. I'm not sure about your monthly charge. My guess would be that you somehow got signed up on their internet coupon savings thing. It is legitimate as a company, just not sure how they'd end up with your info. unless you gave it to them. I'm not neccessarily saying you gave it to them exactly knowingly though. A lot of companies now-a-days are getting kinda shady. Like if you purchase another product with a sister company they will have some box automatically checked asking you if you want to sign up for something like a monthly coupon site or something. Unless you uncheck it or catch it, they consider you a new customer. I don't agree with these practices, but you always have to read every last word of any contract when you buy things online or even in stores now-a-days. Type in entertainment book in google and they should be your first hit. This is how you can get their info. to cancel your account with them and maybe get a refund. I know once I was successful in getting a refund from them because even though I cancelled my subscription, they still sent a coupon book for reno to me even though I cancelled and moved from there. Since it was past my 6 months of mail being forwarded I never received it. They kept trying to tell me I had to return the book to get the refund, but that wasn't possible. Once I explained this to a supervisor and said I would do a chargeback if I had to, she was nice about it and refunded it quicly. Maybe you could have some luck that way.
