on feb 9 2017 i when to ent for a checkup.tricare pay everything but my 12$ copay.i had to pay the copay before they would see me.that is ent policy.and now a year and 3 month later.i get a bill for that same 12$ that i already pay.now 12$ may not seen like much.but i am a disabled vet living on a fix income.
