In the Automotive world there is a concept called "Maintenance"

Tires don't magically explode when they exceed 5 years old ( The recommended life for passenger tires)

There was another issue at play:

A tire that went flat or was low enough to overheat and fail.

A tire that had a preexisting issue like impact damage from hitting pot hole or curb or an object that caused similar damage.

It was worn out

And so on for half a hundred reasons that have absolutely no connection to the Manufacturer of the RV.

It would be much more likely and correct to complain that the tire manufacturer built a faulty tire.
