Enterprise LLC, Elite, In compliance Service TB20 We were told that our unlimited Executive weeks of vacation would cost $499/week, however after getting on web site, we found that it was $499 per week plus what they called an upcharge for a particular site, which ranged from $175 to $1500 depending on how nice a place you wanted to rent. We received a notice inthe mail that said free 2 round trip tickets to anywhere in continental US , so i called and was told on the phone that there was NO selling at all involved. Just had to go an listen about a new website for travelers. 

We went, and of course there was selling, i guestions that and he said well there is selling involved,and that they were not new , they had been in business for 26 years.

so we listened, costs for this Elite Travel Membership started at over 15K, we immediately did not want it, but of course they had a deal if you bought that day,  which was we gave up our plane tickets and also got a discount on the memberships services for a total cost of $3k and $149 a year. 

HOwever what they did not tell us was that the unlimited Excecutive weeks we were given with this price for a total cost of $499 per week,  really depended on just how nice you wanted to go.  We were very clear stating that we loved Hawaii, and freguented there and costs were high, and he again said with this membership you will only pay $499 per weekm, and you can go as often as you like for that price. 

So we bought into itl.

I immediately got a welcome email which i thought was great, but the web site they told me to use was not working correctly and was not until 3 days later, eating into my cancel within 5 days ,  when i went on the site, i saw where it said Free vaction + $763 for the Hawaii condo i wanted.  when i asked what it mean, they said  "the free vacation doesn't mean anything,  i would still pay the $499 per week, PLUS an UPCHARGE of $763 for that condo.  I noticed that EVERY condo I was interested in renting had an upcharge, some up over $1200 for the week.

So I immediately emailed the site and requested to cancel.  Im still waiting to see if that happens. 

I also filed a dispute with my credit card company.
