entertainment benefits group maverick helicopter tours kept $1084 after helicopter tour cancelled due to weather las vegas, Nevada

purchased 2 tickets for helicopter tour of grand canyon by MAVERICK TOURS.on 7/27 paid $1084 for tour on 7/31.on morning of tour recieved 2 calls, second saying flight cancelled due to weather.

on my next american express bill charge for $1084 appeared,which i disputed.EBG sent a letter to amx saying that at purchase i was told no refunds even if flight cancelled by weather. i was never told an act of god,which i have no control over would cost me my money!

this company knows if consumers were told at purchase time of this severe penalty they would wait until day of flight to protect thier money.this would cause booking problems for any company.this is DISHONEST!
