Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I am very upset with this company and I have tried calling seven differant numbers to speek with someone and its like the whole buisness is run by these fraud kids. Knowone will pick up the phone when I call. I have made a written responce like everyone else with this company and still no responce.
I orderd $58 sub. from this company june of 2005 . It is now March of 2006 and still nothing. No phone call, no customer service number, and no up to date web site!!! Has anyone had any lck at all with this company? I did call 1-800-free411 and got keitha Carsons home number and still no responce!!!!! Does anyone have any other names that I can try to call?

Anna,I know who you are speaking of, and I would like to urge a word of caution about any one on one confrontations with these folks. They are very aggresive and have been arrested for various crimes,meaning that they would surely hurt somebody. I would advise that if anybody sees these Door to Door solicitors to call the police fast. Just have them check them if nothing else...DO NOT TRY TO CONFRONT THEM. I understand these young people are used by those low down companies, but let the police handle it.

Well, after a long day of trying to get ahold of someone I finally talked to Kelly.Kelly claims that she owns Threedom sales and that EAA is no longer partners with her company.The number I called was903-429-3497. From what I got out of the conversation a few managers were taking money from the company and basicly its going down hill. She also claims that 9,000 people orderd magizines and 500 people have not recieved their sub's. I asked for a refund and luckaly still had my recipt so hopefully I see some money soon!!! To be honest I dont know if I got fed a bunch of crap or not but I did finally get ahold of a human being! My best advice is call these numbers.............
