Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I had the same experience as reported, and was able to get somewhere by calling the numbers listed on their website. I purchased the subscriptions in August 13th, as of March 10th I hadn't received anything. After calling the number, I was able to get a refund check issued (we'll see if that comes).

If you can get enough people, I would definitly be interested in filing a class action suit against this company.

This is definately a scam, I gave a girl 164.00 for three magazine subscriptions in August 13th, 2004. I haven't seen a single magazine. I've been in contact with the company to attempt a refund, and they give me a different response every time. I would like to form a class action against them, but finding enough candidates is difficult. If you have any inclination what to do please file any info below.
