I am so happy that I found this site. I called the numbers that were on this site but they just answer and hang up. It is extremely frustrating.
I ordered magazines from a kid that came to my door on Aug 26 2005. We too never received anything. My neighbors were telling me not to order but this kid had me fooled. I feel like a fool, and am out the money I am sure because these people do not answer their phones.
Is there anything else that I can do to try to get my money back or the mags?

For Stephen...HUH?? no idea where you got your information

Stephen,
I have no idea where you got your information and/or if that was some sort of a threat..but here are the facts.
I never claimed to be a "labor litigator" as you stated. That would make me an Attorney. I am not licensed as an Attorney.
I live in FL. I have several guns as well as the training and motivation to use them. Have you ever heard of the "make my day" law? We now have it in FL. I CAN legally use deadly force on my property if you look at me wrong or breath on me, as long as I can say I was in fear for my life.
OOOOOOHHHHH, I'm sooooooo scared.....BANG.BANG. BANG.BANG.BANG.BANG..Your dead.
Policeman: Why did you have to shoot this mag crew guy 6 times?
Me: I had to reload.
Policeman: Oh, OK. BTW...was he armed
Me. Yeah, he swung a magazine at me.
Policeman: Oh..OK...So what did you do next?
Me: I reloaded.
Policeman: Why?
Me: The other mag crew guy was running and I wanted to get him before he got off my property.
Policeman: Well, you could always drag him back on. I really hate those little punks. Do you want to press charges on this dead one for trespassing?
Me: Sure, you think he's got any money on him?
Policeman: You get that pocket, I'll get this one. Wow.nice watch..he must have stolen it..
>>>>>>>>>>That would be the extent of it here...If you know what I mean.....I wait for an excuse....PLEASE give me one.>>>>>>>>PLEASE!

Pretty rash advice from a fella who in other posts represents himself as some kind of labor litigator. For the folks who either do not have a gun, or choose not to use it...I encourage people to use restraint, because after all..they do know where you live...and have been known to return.Along with others, I have a website easily found on the internet that tracks these crews movements, and activities-and enjoy turning over rocks where they are found.Getabunch.

Don't be polite! Tell them to get the Fu*k off your property!

These brats are rude and do not understand the meaning of the word NO.
What part of NO is confusing?
I had two girls walk up to me in the driveway and as soon as they started their pitch, I simply told them I am not buying anything.
They looked at me like I was a three headed alien speaking some other language and continued on with their pitch.
This time I showed them the hand and told them that I was familiar with this scam before they were born! They rolled their eyes and made some rude comments and left.
Do they actually think that people are obligated to them?
Next time I will answer the door with the shotgun. I think they may understand that the first time.

Report to your states atty general...support legislation demanding reform and accountability on an industry that runs roughshod on both its employees and consumers.
By all means, next time, call the police AFTER politely rejecting their wares, because they work without required permits 98% of the time.Do not accept the spew that their boss or carhandler is holding permit-because they are not.Getabunch.
