Glamorous website, trying to rip off students with nice pictures.
they put at the website comparison what things cost in Ottawa
According to them 4 bedroom apartment cost $6000 per month
no it doesn't !!! we are 3rd year Engineering students at Carleton University and we pay $1850 for 4 bedroom apartment within walking distance from the campus.
Don't rent from them! They are bunch of liers
They charge $650 for shared bedroom that is $1300 for one bedroom!!! you can find a house for this price in Ottawa

I came across this complaint and wanted to clear things up, I live at Envie and I obviously do not pay $6000/month!!! I pay $875 and it includes verything, my utility bills, laundry, cleaning, Internet, tv, furniture, gym, amenities, activities and fitness classes, parties, everything! The d****e who made the complaint doesn't even live there, probably hasnt even visited. He's probably happy in a basement apartment, maybe in his parents basement and has no idea what rent is in Ottawa.
