EOS CCA I have received a collection statement from company stating that i have a debt of $1448.81 owed to their client AT&T MOBILITY I have not such an account or owe any money to AT&T i think this is a rip Norwell, Massachusetts

i'VE THE SAME PROBLEM, THEY ASSERT YOU OWE MONEY TO THEIR CONFEDERATE AT & T you ask for any documents showing you ever agreed to this obligation. Can not provide. They just picking this stuff out of the thin air. Why the MA State Attorney General not all over this is a mystery

I have a similar situation with eos cca, that has negatively effected my credit report. Eos cca of 700 longwater drive Norwell, Ma 020611624 has a listed Pastdue balance of $2,400 with an original balance of $1,600. Debt said to be with At & t Mobility. After contacting at&t I am in goodstanding with them now, the only history with them is a balance they sold to afni inc for $168. I have been trying to settle old collection bills all deadending. Then reviewing my credit report showed me eos cca, and simply googling them has lead me here

This is a scam debt collector . I examined their website and there are no contact details , just a payment tab for a subscription payment service . Additionally investigating the phone number , it is located in Texas . For those of us with Spokeo or Intelius accounts , searching it will yeild a name and address in Texas . Perhaps sending a cease and desist letter to that address will end their business .
