I called to cancel the "free" trial within the 14 days of RECEIVING the product. They'd allow me to cancel if I paid $9.95 cancellation fee, and had just sent another $97 charge to my account. They would not reverse it and said if I didn't calm down, they wouldn't be able to cancel! I told him I was reporting the company to the FTC and anyone else I could find. He put me on hold, came back and said all was cancelled for free but wouldn't refund the $97.

I opened a dispute with my bank, and had to change my debit card number to prevent future charges.

It's a scam and we'll see if they try to keep charging me. I couldn't paste in what this looks like to an average consumer via a word doc but can send if some back up documentation is needed/allowed.
