EQUIFAX claims that i received my free annual credit report on May 13 of 2008. This is not true. I have not asked for or received a credit report from any agency since 9/2005! I spent a lot of time with them on the phone only to be insulted by the rep. He insisted that their records are correct, but he did offer me a special deal on their $119 product! This was even more insulting. They have false records. They won't even provide me the report they said I received in May 2008! I won't be getting my credit report for free because of this error in their records. I believe they are lying. I won't be buying anymore of their products!
