they claim to have buyers all you have to do is pay them upfront then they can bring you offers. once you pay them that is it the sale falls through.
if my grand mother had used a credit card we could cancel but she used a check at their request knowing she could not get her money back
also check their BBB report they were fined for unlicensed activity!!!!
do not get taken by these people they target the elderly
