Ordered "risk free" trial offer of skincare via online at equinoxskincare.com. Terms non-refundable S&H cost of 4.95 and could cancel within 14 day trial period. Canceled during trial period and received cancellation number Feb 23. Following day bank charge of f$99. Called Feb 24 and received a refund confirmation. Ten days later, still no refund, customer service said they had a cancellation and money never was taken. Faxed evidence. Three days later account charged with $105.95. Now phone number is inactive. Bank said most likely scam, advised to deactivate card.
