 Shady and abusive business practices. Salesperson made threats and false statements. Owner - jim west did not care about my complaint and refused to offer a refund. Jim even insulted me on numerous occassions. Apparently this is nothing new and numerous complaints have been filed against them.

Mr. Scott Galvin contacted us through our website contact page and inquired about enrolling in our service. Our sales team contacted him and aswered his questions. Mr. Galvin then voluntarily from the privacy of his own home or office went to our website and signed up for an account. The fees were fully disclosed on our website and he agreed to the Terms and Conditions in order to complete the sign up. The Terms and Conditions clearly stated that the signup fee was non-refundable. Mr. Scott Galvin did not request a refund but disputed the charge with his bank when he clearly supplied us with his credit card information in the sign up process. Had Mr. Galvin approached us and requested a refund we might have agreed to do that. But his actions and adverse actions, threatening to post defamatory reviews online because he is internet savvy will not entitle him to a refund. We will not be bullied by people like Scott Galvin.
