They do not put telephone number on bills

They charge $40.00 dollars to send you a bill.

They are very hard to get hold of.

When you do they give you a hard time.

call 1-800-955-3434 choose option 2

sign up for e statements this will prevent the $40 a year paper statement fees. If you change to estatements soon you can request for this years $40 fee to be refunded. They normally refund $10 per statement that HASN'T been sent. So if you request before you first quarter statement you should get full $40 back, if you wait till after that statement they will normally refund $30.
