Equity One Financial Inc is a complete scam. They prey on innocent people who are going through rough financial times. Everything looks legit including the loan paperwork. It's not. They took me for $1028.00. for a $10,000 loan. My loan officer conviently no longer works there. IF YOUR READING THIS TAKE MY ADVICE. DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. YOU WON'T GET IT BACK.
