Equity Security LLC Darwin Amos Acting as a broker to close 2 loans for churches, he required a $1,500.00 processing fee for each chruch. He then stated clsoing would not be an issue. We never heard from him again. He does not retur Long Beach, California

I was told that he could get things done quickly, i about a 3 week time frame or so, once all documents were received.Once Darwin received funds, we never heard from him again. The broker he went through said she had closed 2 deals with him earlier this year. She had 2 others placed with him as well. HE still hasnot returned one phone call. He has not answered any emails. His voice mail acts as though he is still in business.
I believe he thinks people will not fight for the $1,500.00 fees he charges. I have two with him.
To my knowledge, he has no intention of providing the service he says he will.
