SENT IN ALL PERSONAL INFO TO GET PRIVATE FUNDING FOR MY HOME.
THEY INSISTED ON A 'DUE DILIGENCE' DEPOSIT OF $2,200.00, WHICH I SENT.
THEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALL AFTER THAT. FINALLY, I BECAME SUSPICIOUS AND FOUND THAT THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO OTHERS.
I'VE SINCE FILED CHARGES AND THE ATTNY GENERAL'S OFFICE IS FULLY AWARE THAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE MARTY AND CLAIRE SWEETEN ARE BEHIND BARS.

The author of this complaint is either mistaken or deliberately trying to mislead the public.
Equity Warehouse has never offered financing for homes. This is clearly spelled out in our website. Additionally, the people listed in the complaint dont work for and are not associated with Equity Warehouse, Inc. This is either a competitors smear (Note that there is no name given or contact information). If this report is not malicious, then it is mistakenly conflating two different companies with similar names.
If financing is approved, we provide references for the broker/borrower to check for themselves.
