Don't be fooled by the new company called 'equity warehouse'.  It is just another scam by Marty Sweeten to take your money.  I delt with 'Todd Scott', who doesn't seem to exist in real life, and has the same voice as the answering machine for hard money placement as well as equity warehouse.  This is just a way to get around the bbb rating for hard money placement of F.

Both companies are the same scam. They take your 'due diligence' deposit and never return a call after that.  Todd Scott, Marty Sweeten, or whomever he calls himself this week are only out to rip you off.  Don't be fooled by him or any false blogger who tells you they are legit, It's a convincing scam.They fill you with false hope.

I sent them $2,200.00, and I have never fallen for a scam in my life.  I've wasted valuable time and trying to get financing with this con artist. He even had my Attorney convinced.
