my wife and i listed our timeshare with this company. we listed in august of 1999 . they have yet to contact us except for our first letter acknowledging receipt of our money.

Contract Expiration Date

In Texas all listing contracts must have a begin date and an end date (date that the contract expires). If you haven't heard from this Real Estate agent in almost 6 years find out when your contract expired.

If your contract doesn't have an end date, or if it says something ambiguious like "until sold" then you have an improperly filled out contract according to the TX Real Estate Commission. If that is the situation you need to file a complaint with them, and at the same time you have the right to list it with another company.
