I have made an order worth $94 and I am still waiting for my items. They are not answering my emails through customerservice@ergocube.com nor are they answering my calls through toll free number: 1.877.374.6723. Are they closed?

Since I process the transaction through Paypal this issue was only a SLOW response from the company. Paypal communicated the issue to ERGO and they responded swiftly. PayPals Claims Section came in handy.
