eric barkemeyer rebuttal to false accusations

i sold a telescope in excellent condition to this guy. it was damaged in transport. i insured the telescope and told him i would file a claim and return his money to him. HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO KEEP THE TELESCOPE AND HE WANTED HIS MONEY BACK TOO. I TOLD HIM that i would give him a refund but that he had to return the telescope. i strongly suspect the telescope was fine and actually undamaged and that he just wanted a free telescope. There are all kinds of crazy people outr there and when you sell a lkot of telescopes like i do, you are bound to run into one now and again. He never did return the scope. so that is why i suspect nothing was wrong with it.
