Eric Timothy Caldwell was arrested in Burbank California on 12/12/12 for Identity Theft during a search warrant of his residence.  Evidence was located that indicates there are possibly many victims out there, over a period of years.  If you believe you are one of Eric Timothy Caldwell's victims, you may contact me so I can add your statement to this case against him.

OK first I will say that yes it takes time to remove a profile, But if you look a wanna network the company name is still there doing business. What has changed is that eric caldwells name is no longer there but john kosloskey is and second they changed the state from california to florida but still have ca phone number.And third the last log in date was Aug 28,2008. But let me see the next log in on ripoff from eric will be that he no longer works with kosloskey how fishy indeed.

First of all, Timothy James Investment Group was a memeber of the Better Business Bureau in 2007. It is a 1 time subscription fee and it ends exactly 365 days after the day of sign up (hence TJIG still being listed on BBB)

Secondly, wannanetwork.com is similiar to a myspace website. There are people still on myspace who are DEAD. TJIG is still on wanna network because we havent taken the time to erase the profile. This means nothing in terms of doing business.

Mr. Merz is making it awfully easy to prove just how uneducated he really is.

well I was just wondering who the uneducated one was. The owner of timothy james investment group AKA eric caldwell or john kosloskey claim that they havent used this company in over eight months and that the company is no longer in business. If this is true then why is it on The Better Business Bureau web site along with Wanna Network and Perfect Business web sites. The last log in date for Perfect Business is 6-21-08. And the reason why the company was suspended according to them is because of fees owed to the city, well from what I read on the secretary of state web site is that a company thats been suspended is because of failure to meet statutory filing requirements of either the secretary of states office or the franchise tax board. And I also find it funny that a california company would use so called employee or ex employee from out of state to respond for this company. so please just watch out for these guys and what ever company they are for this month or next month. And please check before you invest.

I've worked with the Employer named in the report in the State of Michigan. He was anything but, a scam artist. Eric Caldwell is a well respected business man who has earned the respect of many Realtor's, title agents, mortgage officers, and loan processors. He was professional, sincere, and hard working. Eric went above and beyond to please both parties in every transaction.

As employer he was direct, honest, and professional. We did a lot of business with repeat customers. If his business ethic was as reported in the original fraud report filed the likely hood that he would have any repeat customers is slim. I feel anyone doing business with Eric Caldwell would be pleased with any transaction.

I have worked with Timothy James Investments and their customers on many transactions. I have never received one complaint or unhappy customer. They have always held their customers needs first. They have always ran their company with high standards and ethics. To see this report sickens me. Furthermore I also believe that the person making these reports is an individual by the name of Mike Merz. These reports were a personal attack on Eric Caldwell and very immature. They are false and should have no reflection on Timothy James Investments nor the companies owners. Mike merz is completely out of line by filing these reports and this is not how a professional business person/owner should conduct themselves.

For the publics information Timothy James Investment Group has not done business in the company's name for quite some time. The corporation has been shelved for appox. 8 months. At no time did Timothy James Investment Group conduct business while the corporation was suspended (the reason for suspension is Timothy James Investment Group owes fees to the city, not because of any fraud activity committed).

Again, this individual "Mike Merz" is someone with a personal vendetta and his claims have no validity what so ever in reference to Timothy James Investment Group.
I would like to make it perfectly clear we have moved on from Timothy James Investment Group and no longer do business under that name.

But at the same time we are stupid for trusting people like him because at times we are desprate to get ot of money problums or are looking for a good investment deal that we fail to find out the true idenity of the people we give or trust of or life savings and at times some of us lose everything to them. but i want people to know that no matter what eric or others like him have done to us we will always be his and the others victoms if we dont speack up and do something about him or the others like him. There are laws that will help up stop these people but it takes time and a lot of looking to fing that help . I love the enternet because you can find stuff about these people if you look like eric caldwell aka timothy james investment corporation if you look on the california secretary of state in california under business search you will see that this comany is suspended, and if you go to state of califonia department of corporation and do a license check you will see that eric or company have no license to do real estate in california and if you go to property shark.com you can see what his business adresses realey are. so please dont stop fighting to get justice from these people only you can put an end to fraud.

Timothy James Investment Group has not done any business in Michigan in appox. 8 months. Timothy James Investments has never held title in the company name in the state of Michigan for any property...ever...therefore there is no way we could "have stolen" the property back through contracts after we sold it like this report claims.
Whoever is "Steve" whom Im probably thinking is an individual by the name of MIKE MERZ is going to be sued directly in reference to this report. The only thing that is true in this report is the type of car I drive and how tall I am....MR. MIKE MERZ stayed at my house appox. 1 year ago in California and completley ruined his reputation by acting obsurdley while he was here. It is this inidividual who used this online reporting system for reasons that are extremley immature!
I further have a ton of complaints against a website that can let anyone post information about a company or individual without having any knowledge awareness of the informations accuracy......this is absolute garbage!
