Eric Enders & Thomas Riley Scammed out of a truck and title 19148 Pennsylvania

 A family member purchased a vehicle from Enders, a Philadelphia Police Officer, who took 8 months to get the title!  He then tried to say he was repossessing it since he had the title and planned to sell it for quick Christmas money.  He put the title in his friends name (Riley) and Riley took a payday loan against the truck.  My mother finally got the truck but while waiting for the title over a year later, a payday company from Delaware came and repossessed the truck.  My mother paid 8000.00 for a truck that never was titled in her name due to the scam of Enders and Riley.  Beware of these two.
