I joined the drivewise program but my insurance premiums keep going up. Their service is not the best but I held out hope that they would improve it. The problem is that whenever I ask them questions as to why my premium goes up I'm put on hold and basically ignored. When I went into the office to see the primary agent I was told that he was busy yet from where I was standing it was obvious that he was perusing a pornographic tape on his computer monitor.
I have been swindled and taken advantage of. To top it off I found out that the head of the agency is related to the former East Germany Leader!
