Called the 800 number I originall called and used a fake name.

Wanted to know if a license was needed and I was told, no a certificate which I was told I would get through them. Also, told the software was $279.00. I paid 299.00.

Wanted to know the name of the company. The first time I was told it was International Home Processors in Newark New Jersey.

This time I was told it was Independent Contractors in Paramus, New Jersey.

When asking for the main offices address I was asked, Why are you coming here? I told her no, I just wanted to know the address of the home office. She finally brushed me off by asking for my email address and said she would send me information, which I never got.

Talked to Eric today. He said he would send me 4 more doctors. He also said that he would find out about the follow up on the previous 12 doctors I have sent letters too.

He stated, The doctors had been told by the insurance companies they had to have their insurance filed electronically. He also stated that, some of the doctors had been contacted before I sent letters out to them.

Contacted my bank about the transaction made when the 299.00 was paid for the software.

Eric called back to say he would see if anyone wasnt renewing their contract and if I could get their doctors. Also said he would have more than 4 doctors sent next time.

He called back to say the Physicians zone is checking to see if anyone isnt renewing their contract, if I can have them. To call him back in a week or so.
