Eric Kapusta Eric Matthews, Robert I really didn't think he was trustworthy as he cheated me out of thousands of dollars on this account. He still makes promises of getting me the money back to the account but still no refunds. The several thousands of dollars that I never factored in at the time of the advance because "they were being waived" really set me back financially over the summer leaving me on the verge of losing my business today ! Eric Kapusta has cheated and lied to multiple people. He destroyed people's lives and business's. He ruined my business put me into massive debt. He lies about everything he is a con artist but only a con artist is smarter than him.

I really didn't think he was trustworthy as he cheated me out of thousands of dollars on this account. He still makes promises of getting me the money back to the account but still no refunds.

The several thousands of dollars that I never factored in at the time of the advance because "they were being waived" really set me back financially over the summer leaving me on the verge of losing my business today !

It states that the article was published by Lynn Little one of my current clients. her being a client that My company is working on currently i personally reached out to her and asked her about this. she stated she has not been affiliated with the article and did not publish this slander. Here is the email Lynn Little has quoted me showing she has not been affiliated with this article

"Please be advised that a report was filed in reference to Robert Matthews/Eric Kapusta on Ripoffreport.com dated Wednesday, January 11, 2017. This report states the author name and information to be Lynn Little located in West Point, West Virginia. Please be assured that this report was not filed by myself, Lynn Little located in West Point, Virginia.

I attempted to locate Robert Matthews via an email sent to Dillon Dancuso on January 10, 2017. Dillion responded with a request for me to call him directly to discuss my request further.

I called Dillon and he wanted to inform me that Robert Matthews whose real name is Eric Kapusta is a crook. He said that he and Mr Matthews had a business relationship last year and through his unethical business tactics they parted ways. Dillon also went on to say that Mr Matthews was being federally indicated for such unethical business tactics.

I told Dillon about how my contract was mishandled with Mr Matthews in way of fees that were charged to me that were told by Mr Matthews were being waived. Overall my words spoken to Dillon on that conversation were reworded and posted on Ripoffreport.com later that day and posted authored by Lynn Little, West Point, West Virginia.

I will be happy to submit my IP Address if needed to prove that this report was not made by me.

As you can see this was made by a person who has a vendetta against me. My lawyer will be contacting this individual as well and we will take legal action due to slander and defamation of character.
