Received an email from Simmions and Shaw LLP. Of a pendending law suite from Cash America Inc. As read in previous rip off reports, same Case No: FL 073/2015/3648. Docket# EVR-38924. Says I failed to respond to their repeated phone calls for payment. I have no loan or own these people nothing. They are saying that I have 12 hours to respond to their email or..., I will be served by the sherriffs department., and my job will be contacted and my psy check garnished for payment. They even sent a picture of an arrest warrant . I did not know that court orders can have the same information for multiple people. Hummmm. Total scam people. How do we report these people. What can be done.
