I was contracted by Erik Clark of Sunnyvale, CA on May 5, 2014. I was to server Jay Baksa at 6750 W Loop S Suite 720, Houston, TX and various other addresses that turned out to be either non-existant or homes where Mr. Baksa did business and sold the property. I was utlimately unable to serve Mr. Baksa and on May 26, 2014 Mr. Clark filed a PayPal dispute which ultimatelly ended up being esclated to a claim. I offered several times a refund to Mr. Clark which he ultimately rejected. I am now filing this in hopes of Mr. Clark staying as a true person and accept the refund. I would recommend that you be extremely careful in doing business with this individual.

On 3/11/2015, this attorney contacted me to settle this outstanding debt. Since the original report I have had to send this attorney 2 certified letters bringing the total to $166.26. I have modified the invoice to reflect an outstanding balance of $118.06. He wants to settle for $100 plus any processing fees. He has also attempt to chill my free speech by trying to get me to delete this post.

The only reason i am responding to this individual is because he is stalking me through various social media websites. He threatened me via text and email since i was not satisfied with his unprofessional efforts and ''low brow'' rookie business, he runs like a hotdog cart. He has repeatedly threatened me and insinuated that he will cause physical harm to me or my family due to the outcome of our payment duspute via paypal. I asked for a partial refund and he flat out ignored me which is why i filed a claim for the refund.. the refund was given based upon the facta that Jason Lagnata was the faulted side.. Avoid this 2nd rate businessman as you will only get what you pay for NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS from a CON-MAN
