Don't get attracted by their SAP software ads. They take money from you and disconnect your connection after a month. Get your connection from SAP or other reputed company. SAP does not grant license to sell their education software. It happened to my friends too, none of us could recover our money. I see their review on sulekha.com, people have remarked... Beware of this company.

Dear Customers,
We have very good Prices for Our services. by which we have few Competitors who are Jealous and Want to redirect the Customers and Give the customers a bad Opinion on Our Company.
We Get Fake guys( Jealous Competitors/Other Service Providers) Who are Not capable of even Talking in English and Uneducated. Try to send us emails and Chat online with Abusive Language. We understood that they are intolerant and they want to get our reputation Down.
Currently we have 8 Employees on our Support team for the Customer Service and 4 BASIS Consultants who work for us.
Our Timings 9.00 AM GMT( London Time) to 8.00 PM GMT.

Any the complaint says
" THEY TAKE MONEY FROM YOU AND DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION AFTER A MONTH"
If this is the situation- Our Gateway is PayPal , and payment in paypal is secured for 60 days. you can claim back payment within 60 days.
So our Customers have Completely 15 days cooling off period. Where you can test our servers and not happy with our services or servers.
Send us an email and you will receive a REFUND within 24 Hours.
Guys Posting the Reviews- We have a Good Customer feedback with 1440 in Number.
Its Not so easy to Spoil our reputation.
