ERSolutions,Inc is a bogus collection agency or they just dont care that their system makes this many mistakes. I received a notice in the mail from them stating i had a negative balance at paypal inc. Now the funny thing is that i contacted paypal after i looked online and they had zero balance, not negative just zero. So i checked online an found a bunch of other people that have the same letter about paypal. then i decided to call ERS and they ask for your ss# , Hmmm sounds a little fishy so i didnt proceed . I will probably try to report them to the fraud agency and the FTC because im just tired of scams. If you receive a letter just call paypal.

I've had the same problem as you; they keep calling me, and yet they won't identify which debt that they're supposedly trying to collect. Wanted me to provide my Social Security number. Um... I don't think so!!! I recommend going to budhibbs.com; he has a list of a lot of collection agencies that are known to break the law regarding debt collection. I hope this helps.
