ES Express Lines runs an illegal business. Forces drivers to falsify log books, drivers must run illigal hours, holds drivers checks. They make drivers file incorporation, and to act like an independent constructors. Drivers drive their trucks but must get incorporated. ES Express owes money to drivers who left. Also they are implementing illegal charges from drivers checks, claiming that drivers did something wrong therefore the are keeping drivers salary as a penalty.

This company is a fraud. They really do force you to become incorporated. They hold your check from you for 3 weeks. They want you to open a business account to get paid. They fill the check out to your business. If you don't want to make a business they force you to. They hand you some paperwork and ask you to fill it out you give them power of attorney to make a business under your name. If you refuse to make a business then they will leave you stranded in lemont Illinois. Everyone here is Russian. Please be aware!!! I had to pay about $1,000 to get back home to idaho.

Mr. Gonzales worked just long enough (12 days) to steal the fuel ($2400) and to drop the truck 1400 miles away from our terminal.
