Just received my Sprint phonebill and was surprised to see I was being charged $16.41 for ESBI Voicemail Services that I had never ordered. What a surprise. When I called the number to inquire I was transferred to another number and then told by an automated attendant that their office hours are from 9:00 to 5:30 and to call back during normal business hours.

Where do these people get away with putting charges on my phone bill and why is Sprint and other phone companies allowing them to do this. I just hope I can get the charges credited without a lot of hassle.
