Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. put a charge on my Verizon bill for $28.81. It was two billings #1. Solo Communications--$12.95 and Traveller Info Services--$14.95 plus .91 tax.

I was able to contact Solo Communications and they finally agreed to cancel. I have been unable to reach Traveller Info Services, they just do not answer their phone. And there is no mail address or internet address.
I have a feeling i've been ripped-off, but as yet no proof.

I can't believe Verizon has allowed this to happen. A customer service rep said it was an error. I hope I find a solution soon.
