After 3 weeks of my purchase not showing up, I emailed their so-called customer service. I was told if I emailed again, it would delay the shipment even further! I wrote back and asked them what kind of customer service is that? I was then told by these idiots that if I wanted to see crappy customer service, they would damage the product, mail it to me, then make it very difficult on me to return!!!! All this for just asking where the shipment was. Unbelieveable arrogance by these frauds. I still have no product. I would NEVER buy from these people again. NEVER. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
