Escalante Photography Never gave me my photos/Was not professional/Fradulent Chicago, Illinois

This guy is one of the worst "photographers" that I've ever seen!!  Not only does he take your money and you DON'T get your photos, but he is VERY jealous and insecure about the REAL top Photographers in Chicago!!  On his own website, he calls himself "a prolific photographer" LMAO!!  Talk about EGO....we in Chicago call him a joke, scammer, and extremely mediocre!

It was in no way my sister or my fault that you did not provide the photos you had promised in our contract.  We never received "half" of our files, all I ever got were 5.  And yes, you recommended us to an agency, one which is also not the most professional (big surprise).  As far as not being able to reach us, I do not remember you EVER trying to contact me to finish my photo shoot.  You never said anything about the agency having our photos, but why would they anyway?  Don't those images belong to you, my sister, and I, not an agency?   The most ridiculous part of your very errored statement are your claims that we yelled at you about one of us becoming Anorexic and that we made Physical threats!  I actually find these accusations quite funny!  My sister nor I ever made such comments, thus, your statement just reiterates the fact that you are a liar. 

I helped you and your sister both get signed to a agency , gave both of you Half of the agreed upon number of images, I chased after the two of you for almost 2 yrs , during which one of the two of you , replied with a , My sister is anorexic because of modeling and we wont be modeling anymore, I TOLD both of you that the Agency Had both of your files , and to pick them up there. This was almost 4 years ago.

I spoke to one of the two of you not too long ago and told you I wasn't even sure I had those digital files anymore and If I did find them I would send them to you .

The hard drive the images were on was not working correctly and I lost over 150 gigs of old images.

 Again these are images SPENT AYEAR & SIX MONTHS CHASING (Jan, 2007-on)  After Both of you Kinsella Sisters  to pick up . You have continued to leave me harassing voice mails, Making physical threats to me , sending me threatening emails. because you had a baby recently and have decided you NOW want the Images you REFUSED to pick up , a couple of years later

I went above and beyond the call of duty in helping both of you girls getting started , I can not force someone to do something they do not want to do.
