I cancelled my cell phone service from family mobile (walmart family mobile on december 19th /2015 i informed family mobile @1877 760 8760 on the same date and they told me that they are sorry to see me go, now they are charging me 36.92$ for something I didn't use .I am so upset about these charges I hope that you take the right action to cancel this payment. and waive it for good.
