Esther is a person who engages her mouth before she engages her brain  she hands out notices including termination notices with abandonment even tho she does it illegally. She also has a habit of speaking ill about her residents with no substantial evidence to back it up and is therefore subjecting herself and the owner to a defamation of carter  law suit. Ian needs to get this Hittler out as soon as possible

 This man called the owner makes all these statements based upon what he hear,s not what he see,s. How much time owner do you spend at said location. Because what i,ve seen and heard you are not telling the truth or your managment that you have to run your company which most likely mean,s you( DO NOT) have time to be at said location are some what not telling you all the real facts. And being employed myself in public matters,,,,,,i,am aware that the consumer is often brushed off.  Yes its common when people doing there job are under pressure, which i think most of us can agree on like your current manager at said location is behind in her work load and that comes from a( employee) at said location is under pressure behind in her workload and people under pressure--=*6#@ are capable of ?????able things and statements.....

Esther Cybula is a HORRIBLE&MALICIOUS Manager!!

Mrs. Cybula is by far the most foul-mouthed, ill-mannered, horrible manager I have EVER encountered! I have a friend who lives in the Hide A way trailer park in Yucaipa that she manages, and let me tell you, she has the foulest and most irritable mouth I have ever seen! One incident that stands out in my mind is when I went to visit my friend at the park and I thought I was off-roading the streets were so damaged and ill maintained. Upon pulling into the park my bottom end of my brand new car scraped and nearly broke my oil pan off! The 50 yard drive to my friend mobile was no different either. The short drive to her home from the park entrance was plagued with pot holes the size of koi fish inhabited ponds. I'm sure a child could drown in one of those meteor sites! By the time I made it to my friends' homesite, She looked terrified and informed me that the manager was up the street and was making her way towards her. 


Of course I laughed thinking it was a joke, but BOOOY was I wrong! As I sat in my car watching Mrs. Cybula drive her White Toyota Camry with chrome plastic hubcap spinners directly my way, I could see her from 100 feet away giving me the most wretched and pissed off look I have probably ever seen. The only way to describe it would be the look a mother crocodile gives when protecting her newborn offspring. As she parked in front of me,  she sat there for a good 30 seconds and gave me the most horrible look as if she wanted to kill me. I sat in shock at her behavior and was soon accosted by Mrs. Cybula. She came right up to my window and started yelling in the most unprofessional manner towards me. As I attempted to respond to her, she blew her cigarette smoke out from between her gapped and stained teeth right towards my face and walked away! The fun didn't stop there however, she then proceeded to  march right up to my friends face and yell at her while shaking her head profusely and blowing her cigarette smoke at her too! 


I was in complete shock to see such behaviour coming from a so-called manager. After blowing her steam off in my friends face, she then proceeded to march right up to each and every single home in a row and banged, and I mean BANGED on their front doors and started her own path of terror upon the peaceful residents.  I have only gone back to my dear friends house a handful of times due to fear of encountering this "manager". I have witnessed a few more incidents from my friends window where I have seen Mrs.Cybula threaten and treat the residents like animals. I am not surprised to find this site with numerous reports of Cybula and her team of devils. I hope that soon someone takes them to court and sues their pants off for treating their residents like worthless slaves. I will genuinely pray for the management, they are truly possesed by the devil.

Good neighbors keep their homesites looking nice

The complaint made on RipoffReport.com is wrong.  The anonymous person making this complaint most likely is someone who is violating the rules.  Rather than simply complying with the rules, which are there for the good of all residents, this person instead is stubbornly breaking them and then wrongly maligning the good name of a very good manager.  We don't
serve notices to considerate residents who comply with the Rules & Regulations.  When our company took over this community, it was unsafe.  Now it is a nice place to live.

I am the boss of the Community Manager in question.  She has an excellent reputation.  She cares deeply about the communities she manages.  Her job is very challenging.  When hundreds of residents live in a community, there are
inevitably conflicts between neighbors.  When conflicts arise, residents often turn to the Community Manager for solutions.  Although that is really the job of the police and the courts, the Community Manger often can find solutions. She is very good at what she does.

Most residents care about their community and their neighbors.  They keep their homesites and their homes clean and well-maintained so the community looks attractive.  Unfortunately, an occasional resident doesnt.  When required to do so by the community, the resident spends more energy fighting back than it would take to just maintain their homesite in nice-looking condition. All the other residents suffer.

Esther Cybula is an OUTSTANDING Community Manager.  I am her boss.  She has an excellent reputation.  She cares deeply about the communities she manages.  Her job is very challenging.  When hundreds of residents live in a community, there are inevitably conflicts between neighbors.  When conflicts arise in the communities Esther managers, residents often turn to Esther for solutions.  Although that is really the job of the police and the courts, Esther often can find solutions. She is very good at what she does.

However, she also can't ignore when residents are inconsiderate and discourteous and do not abide by the community rules.  The complaint made on RipoffReport.com is wrong.  Esther only serves notices that have been authorized by Corporate.  Everything is done legally and by the book.  The anonymous person making this complaint most likely is someone who is violating the rules.  Rather than simply complying with the rules, which are there for the good of all residents, this person instead is stubbornly breaking them and then wrongly maligning the good name of a very good manager.  We don't serve notices to considerate residents who comply with the Rules & Regulations.  When our company took over this community, it was unsafe and had gang and drug issues.  Now, it does not.  It takes constant diligence to keep the lawbreakers and rulebreakers out.  It takes a good, solid, honest Community Manager like Esther.  I couldn't recommend her more highly. 

I'm sorry that this anonymous person wrote this terrible defamatory false report about her.  We suspect we know who it is and, once verified, will take appropriate legal action against her.
