i ordered a motorola bluetooth from esurebuy.com first i had problems tracking my order there was no phone number to talk to anyone which was not good only email then wait two days for respond then they gave me a tracking number after recieving my purshase in a bag with no return info there was no box or instructions on how to use the bluetooth which let me know my purchase was either used or recondition beware of this company not good RIP OFF
