On September 28, 2003 I ordered from eTech Warehouse an external Maxtor hard drive. Price + shipping $109.73

The entry in my bank account for $109.73 on September 28, 2003 prooves the money had bee taken.

The order tracking showed the item had not been shipped.

After waiting a considerable time, I tried to contact them:

1. On line, via Ebay without results

2. My phone calls were answered with voicemail.
