The company comes on with a nice honest looking woman describing the full detail of your download and how fast and efficient it works. Not likely. No email can be forwarded overload it states. No online technician avaiable at the moment. No phone to connect with busy at all times and the program downloads and poof it goes no where but on your desktop as an icon and stays there dead.
