After downloading and installing the Quick Screen Recorder, I found problems with being able to view, copy, move, delete the created .avi files. The only way I could see the files was by opening the files through the Quick Screen Recorder program.
Windows Explorer and DOS window cannot see the files at all. But they are there. There has been no response from emails sent to Etrusoft, and the phone number listed on their website is no longer correct. The poor guy I ended up calling has been receiving hundreds of calls for this company. He suggested I try to get my money back, if they are unreachable. Good advice.

I entered in the address listed on etrusoft.com's site, and it came up with 5 different names, but not of real people. Ray Gun and Saga Ripper were two of them. Luckily I checked my account and saw no charge to my bank account. But since I had already given my visa card number for processing, I canceled the card. This is one of those times I wish I had done my due diligence and investigated the company before purchasing.

The business address shows a residence at that address when pulling up a satellite view. This is not a well established company with an office. It is an individual operating from home, still accepting payments, and handing out activation codes for the softwares.
